This is an automatic machine designed for cutting and expelling of "churro" dough. Its average production rate is
68 gr/sg, that is, about 30.000 "churros"/hour.
Size of "churros" can be selected among 250.000 posibilities.
Dough is expelled through a matrix that can be changed in order to get many different products, like "churros",
"palitos", cookies, ring-shaped pastry ... supposed that dough is of right solidity.
Its small size and its ease of handling makes this machine ideal to make craftsmanship products effortless in
"churro" shops, pastry shops, furnaces ...
