Refining Machine

The only machine on the market designed specially for the refiniment and softening of "churro" dough. It is capable of producing 480 kgs per hour. This machine is totally automatic and refines and softens the dough used for making "churros". It is based on the technology of the M-2005 automatic "churro" machine. This machine enables the extrusion of the dough which is then drained through the refining grid and is ready for the making of "churros" with a perfect texture. It breaks up the lumps and crust and provides a totally homogeneous dough with the appropriate consistency. The machine has several speeds that allow to change the production and a light indicator that flashes when half the amount of dough has gone through.

	The recipient is easily filled and is emptied in 30-40 seconds. It can soften 40 kgs of dough in 5 minutes, which means a significant saving in workforce.	Enlarge image
